1. What type of store it is?

Diverstore was created using PrestaShop™ open-source software, which is an excellent fully functional and reliable e-commerce system. The use is very easy.

 

2. Should I register?

Diverstore requires a registration to be made before proceeding to shopping. The registration is easy and fast, but you should keep in mind that the entered data will be used for contacts with you or for delivery purposes. It is absolutely necessary to fill the valid data! If you are already registered, you need to enter your e-mail address and password to be recognized by the store and to be allowed to continue to the purchases.  

 

3. Language:

Diverstore is a multilanguage e-commerce system. The store currently works in English and Bulgarian. Each language can be selected from the menu on the home page.  

 

4. Merchandise viewing: 

 

• a) Diverstore allows two ways to review the offered goods: through the search function in the upper part of the home page and through the menu in the upper left corner of the home page. You can also view the products of each producer from the menu on the left-hand side of the home page.
• b) If you prefer to use the menu, you should know that the products are divided in categories and subcategories. This organization is made to allow easier viewing of all products.
• c) The list of products in the categories and subcategories is visualized as table providing the main details about the single product such as producer, thumbnail, name and price. The table allows you to buy the product immediately without reviewing its details. The products in the table can be sorted by choosing a sort method from the drop menu on the right.
• d) Each product can be reviewed individually. We try to provide a picture to every product. The used pictures are taken from the websites or the catalogues of the respective producers. The product descriptions are also based on the respective websites and catalogues. Most of the descriptions are available both in English and Bulgarian. The price is clearly shown.
• е) Many of the products feature different options such as colour, size etc. Please do not forget to check the correct option!

 

 

5. In stock products and special orders:

Given the nature of the market and the restrictions imposed by the importers, Diverstore is incapable of maintaining absolutely strict database with the products available in the warehouses of the importer. We apologise if the product ordered by you, or any of its options, is not available at the moment. In such case, we will contact you immediately at the e-mail address or telephone number you provided during your registration. We will offer you an alternative product if the ordered product will not be available for a long period of time. In case you decide to request a special order, we will inform you about the delivery timeline. Some products, especially photographic equipment and underwater housings, can be delivered only with special order. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any question at shop@spearfish.org.

 

6. Prices and tax issues:

The price of each product is shown clearly and unambiguously.

 

Spearfish Ltd. Is registered under the Bulgarian Value Added Tax (VAT) legislation! All prices in Diverstore include VAT and this tax is added to all purchases from Bulgaria and the European Union. All customers from the EU will pay no import taxes or VAT upon receiving their products at their address.

 

All customers from countries outside the European Union need to know that they could be charged with VAT or any other local tax or duty upon arrival of the product to their country. The amount of these taxes may vary according to the local legislation.

7. Currencies selection:

Diverstore gives you the opportunity to select the currency on the uppermost part of the homepage. Currently the prices can be shown in Bulgarian Lev, Euro, US Dollar and British Pound.

 

8. How to purchase:

• a) To purchase a product from the Diverstore catalogue you need to be a registered customer. Each of the products in the catalogue can be purchased (please see above 5: In stock products and special orders).
• b) The purchase is made adding the product to the Shopping Cart. The interface gives you the possibility to add more than one product to the cart as well as to change the cart’s content.
• c) If you decide to complete the purchase select the Checkout option and follow the directions: You will be able to change the shipping address, to select the preferred payment method and to add commentary on the order.
• d) Before the final confirmation of the order, you will see clearly the final price including all taxes and transport costs. As regard the later, please read 6: Prices and tax issues.
• е) The confirmation of the order does not mean that your purchase is definitely made. The Diverstore team will confirm the shipping of the products at the e-mail address or the telephone/fax number provided by you during registration.

Diverstore offers several payment methods:
